Betting Guides: Markets, Bet Types and Rules
How to Read 1xBet Markets
A market is one outcome you can bet on within an event. A football match can carry 200+ markets, one for each angle of the result (winner, total goals, first scorer, Asian handicap, half-time score). Every market shows three parts:
- Market name: what you bet on (Full Time Result, Asian Handicap, Both Teams to Score)
- Selection: the outcome within the market (Home Win, Over 2.5, Yes)
- Odds: the payout multiplier, which also reflects the implied probability
Odds on 1xBet PH are shown in decimal format by default. Decimal odds give the total return per unit staked, not the profit alone.
| Stake | Odds | Total Return | Profit |
|---|---|---|---|
| ₱400 | 2.50 | ₱1,000 | ₱600 |
Decimal, fractional and American formats can be switched in account settings. Markets are grouped in tabs: Main (1X2, totals, handicap), Goals, Both Teams, Half-time, Asian Markets, Player Props and Special. The Live section shows a subset of them in real time.
Result Markets: 1X2, Double Chance, and Draw No Bet
Result markets answer who wins. 1X2 covers Home/Draw/Away, Double Chance covers two of the three outcomes at lower odds, and Draw No Bet refunds the stake if the match is level.
Totals and Handicap Markets
Full Guide: Totals Betting, Handicap Betting
Totals (Over/Under) ask whether goals, points or corners finish over or under a set line. Handicap markets give one team a virtual head start or deficit. Asian Handicap uses quarter-ball steps that can produce partial wins or refunds, European Handicap keeps the draw.
Bet Types and Tools
Bet formats: Single, Accumulator (several selections in one bet), System (combinations from a larger group, such as Trixie or Yankee) and Chain (each leg staked from the previous return).
Other tools:
- Cash Out: settle an open bet before the event ends at a calculated value. Available on selected markets, the amount is not a full refund.
- Bet Builder (Constructor): combine selections from one event in a single bet.
- Statistics Panel: in-play data such as possession, shots and match timeline in the event view.
Settlement Rules
1xBet follows standard settlement rules with a few platform-specific details.
General Settlement Principles
- Bets settle on the result at full time (or the relevant period for half-time and quarter markets)
- Extra time and penalties are excluded from standard match markets unless the market is explicitly labeled “Including ET/Pens”
- Postponed events: bets stay open for a set period (typically 24 to 48 hours), stakes are refunded if the event does not restart in that window
- Abandoned events: bets on elements already completed (for example a scorer who scored before abandonment) may settle differently from match result bets, the market rules apply
- Void selections: odds are replaced with 1.0 in accumulator calculations and the rest of the bet stays active
Most sports settle within minutes of the result. The bet slip shows the potential payout as you enter the stake.
